Made of anodized aluminum alloy, its particular and unmistakable "dolphin tail" shape was designed by the architect Itamar Harari, always very attentive to the elegance of details, while its name was inspired by the first prototype created in the round version which recalled the tulip flower. Not only design but also quality, the particular rib of the Tulip shovel gives it stability and resistance to intensive use. Promoted by the Italian National Pizza Chefs, in a very short time it was appreciated by the greatest professionals in the world.

Detachable handle
The click lock system, applicable to any model of the shovel with aluminum handle, allows to have a removable handle but with the rigidity and resistance of the single handle, this is possible thanks to the precision machining of the parts that compose it. This detachable handle is applicable to all shovels.
